Granola

300g oats
75ml sunflower oil
100g honey
75g raw almonds
75g raw hazelnut
75g raw cashew
25g sunflower or pumpkin seeds
100g dried fruits of your choice

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the honey with the oil.

In a large bowl, mix the oats with chopped cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, and sunflower seeds.

Add the warm honey mixture to the oat mixture and mix well to coat the oats.

Pour the oat mixture onto a large baking tray and spread evenly in a thin layer.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180°C, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning.

Once the granola is ready, set aside to cool and then add the dried fruits.
