- ●2 cups rolled oats
- ●1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- ●1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
- ●1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
- ●1/4 cup maple syrup
- ●1/4 cup coconut oil
- ●1 tsp vanilla extract
- ●1/2 tsp cinnamon
- ●1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt.
- 3In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and maple syrup together over low heat. Stir in the vanilla extract once melted.
- 4Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- 5Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- 7Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
- 8Once cooled, break the granola into clusters and store in an airtight container.

Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Toss to coat the apples evenly.
- 3In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until crumbly.
- 4Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- 5Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples, ensuring an even layer.
- 6If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the crumble mixture.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- 8Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- ●1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and cooked lentils.
- 2Add the chopped onion, grated carrot, minced garlic, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- 3Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- 4Add the breadcrumbs to the mixture and stir until the mixture holds together.
- 5Form the mixture into sausage shapes, about 4 inches long.
- 6Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 7Add the oat sausages to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- 8Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
