1/4 cup butter
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup puffed quinoa
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup currants
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries

Add honey into a saucepan.

Add butter into the saucepan with honey.

Heat the honey and butter on the stove without bringing to a boil until melted and mixed.

Coarsely chop almonds and set aside.

In a large bowl, add rolled oats.

Add puffed quinoa to the bowl with oats.

Add chopped almonds and walnuts to the bowl.

Add pumpkin seeds to the bowl.

Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.

Mix all dry ingredients together to ensure even distribution and remove lumps.

Prepare two standard oven trays by lightly spraying with grease and lining with paper.
