Add green beans, carrots, and bell pepper; cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in chickpeas, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper; simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and fresh parsley; stir to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve warm with crusty bread or rice.
