8 cups water
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
about 4 pounds beef chuck roast (flank steak or brisket)
1/2 cup red, green & orange pepper
1/2 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon cilantro (optional)
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup onion
1 packet Sazon Goya
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon oregano
3 leaves bay leaves
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup oil (for sofrito)
1 tablespoon salt (for sofrito)
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
1/2 cup tomato
1/4 cup red pepper (for sofrito)
1/4 cup green pepper (for sofrito)
1/4 cup white onion (for sofrito)

Add water and meat to pressure cooker.

Then add mixed peppers, onion, garlic, oregano, bay leaves, black pepper, cumin, paprika, parsley, Sazon Goya, salt and olive oil.

Mix everything, put the lid on and cook for 45 minutes after bringing the pressure cooker to pressure (cook on high).

Take pressure out and start shredding the meat in a separate bowl.

On high, start by adding oil to skillet.

Heat up about 2 minutes and then add onion, green pepper, red pepper, tomato, roasted red pepper and hot sauce, Sazon Goya, salt, white wine and mix.

Add shredded meat, mix and cook for a minute or two.
