1 large onion
1 cup tomato sauce
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 medium carrots
2 medium potatoes
1/2 cup green olives
2 tablespoons capers

1 teaspoon oregano
