1½ tbsp peanut butter, crunchy, all-natural, no added sugar
1 tsp sea salt
6 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced into threads
½ cup mint, washed, leaves, finely chopped

Spread cauliflower florets in the air fryer baskets, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Air fry for 15 minutes. Gently shake the basket or toss the florets for even cooking. Air fry for an additional 5 minutes until golden. Remove from baskets and transfer to a large salad bowl.

In a mason jar, combine orange juice, orange zest, crushed garlic, peanut butter, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Close the lid and shake vigorously to create the dressing. Place in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
