Add a little milk to the egg and prepare an omelet mixture.
Finely chop the carrots and onions.
Pour millet groats with water and leave for 15 minutes.
Wash the millet well with water.
Finely chop the oyster mushrooms.
Put onions and mushrooms in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Wait for the liquid from the mushrooms to evaporate and the onions to lightly fry.
Pour water into the saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the chopped carrots and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add the washed millet groats.
Add one teaspoon of caraway seeds to two liters of soup.
Top up with a little water if necessary.
Towards the end of cooking, add salt and finely chopped dill.
Pour the prepared omelet mixture into the soup and mix quickly.
