4 tomatoes, Pureed
2 Onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp tomato paste
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tsp Paprika
A handful of fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
A handful of dill (shibet), chopped
2 dried limes (loomi) – pierced with a knife
3-4 green chilies
Bell pepper (Optional)
Salt, to taste
