Baked Buffalo Wings

1 lb cauliflower pieces
1 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup Frank's RedHot sauce
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
1 packet ranch seasoning

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix together water, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
