Baked Buffalo Wings

3 tablespoons melted butter
4 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons paprika
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 cup sour cream
0.5 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
0.5 cup blue cheese
2 teaspoons white vinegar

Remove the wing tips from 700 g of chicken wings and cut each wing in half to make 24 pieces.

Mix together 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 4 tablespoons of Frank's Red Hot pepper sauce, 2 teaspoons of paprika, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt to create a marinade.

Place the chicken wings in a bowl and add most of the hot sauce marinade, reserving a couple of tablespoons. Stir to coat the wings and marinate in the fridge for at least half an hour.

For the blue cheese dip, mix together 0.5 cup of sour cream and 0.5 cup of mayonnaise.

Crush in 1 clove of garlic and add 0.5 cup of blue cheese, mixing well. Add 2 teaspoons of white vinegar and stir to combine.

After marinating, place the wings on a baking tray and bake in a 200°C fan oven (225°C normal oven) for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, turn the wings over and bake for another 20 minutes. If not crispy, bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Toss the baked wings in the reserved hot sauce marinade and serve with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
