Baked Buffalo Wings

Season 2.5 pounds of chicken wing drumettes with freshly ground black pepper and 0.5 teaspoon of sea salt.

Sprinkle 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder over the wings and toss them to ensure they are completely coated.
