Baked Buffalo Wings

4 lbs chicken wingettes and drumettes
5 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 tsp honey

Place one of your oven racks on the bottom quarter of your oven and the other on the top quarter and preheat oven to 250 F.

Pat dry the chicken with a paper towel and place into a large bowl.

In a separate small bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Then add to the chicken and use your hands to toss well and coat evenly.

Line a baking sheet with foil and place a non-stick baking rack on top. Transfer chicken onto the baking rack.

Bake on the lower shelf for 30 minutes. Then move the wings to the higher shelf, increase the temperature to 425 F and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, buffalo sauce, and honey. Pour sauce over the baked wings.
