Place the dough on a baking sheet, cover with baking paper, and roll it out to a thickness of 6-7 mm (0.25 in).

Make the caramel-nut filling by combining 80 g sugar, 90 g honey, 80 g butter, and 150 g chopped almonds or other nuts in a saucepan.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.

Roll the cooled caramel-nut filling into small balls with a diameter of 6-7 cm (2.5-3 inches).
