Combine 250 g warm milk, 10 g vanilla sugar, and 50 g granulated sugar in a bowl.
Add 140 g active sourdough starter and mix well.
Incorporate 500 g all purpose flour and 50 g vegetable oil into the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
Ferment the dough for 6-8 hours.
After fermentation, roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread Nutella evenly over the dough rectangle.
Roll the dough tightly into a log from one long side to the other.
Slice the log into equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare a mixture of powdered sugar and water for dusting.
