2 cups of Cashew Milk or nut milk of choice
1 Carrot
1 Apple
1 cup of Blueberries
1 Banana
Ginger Root
2 cups of Kale
2 cups of Spinach
1 cup of Walnuts
1 tspn Matcha Powder
1 tspn Turmeric Powder

Add the Cashew Milk (or nut milk of choice) to a blender.

Chop the Carrot, Apple, and Banana, and add them to the blender.

Add the Blueberries, Kale, Spinach, and Walnuts to the blender.

Grate or chop the Ginger Root and add it to the blender.

Add the Matcha Powder and Turmeric Powder to the blender.

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
