2 cups all purpose flour
1 and 1/4 tsp salt
water as required
250 gm boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
cabbage sliced as required
onion sliced as required
tomato sliced as required
capsicum sliced as required
butter to toast the wrap

Take flour in a mixing bowl and add salt, pour enough water gradually and knead it to make a soft dough.

Once the dough is ready, apply some oil on the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic, sauté on low flame for 2 minutes.

Add chicken and sauté on medium flame until the chicken turns white in color.

Cover it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the lid and give a stir, then add turmeric, red chilli, coriander and cumin powder along with salt and lemon juice.

Mix it well and cook for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, add chilli flakes and stir well for another 2 minutes.

Turn off the flame and keep it aside.

Mix curd, mayonnaise, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and salt in a bowl and keep it aside.

Take wrap and apply 2 tbsp of sauce at the center, spread fried chicken over the sauce.

Place sliced veggies over the chicken and finally spread some sauce over it.

Wrap it as shown in the video.

Add little butter to a preheated pan and place the prepared wraps.

Toast on low flame for 20-25 seconds from both sides.

Remove from the pan and serve with your favorite dips.
