1 grated tomato
ox liver
1 Tbsp steak & chops
1 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt & Black pepper

Heat the oil over medium heat in a large pan.

Add the ox liver and sauté for 4 minutes on each side, then set aside.

Add the sliced onion and sauté for 4–5 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.

Mix well and stir in the steak & chops seasoning.

Add the ox liver back in the pan.

Add cayenne pepper, steak & chops, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the liver is cooked, but not overcooked.

Stir in the tomato sauce.
