1

Cut off the top and bottom parts of the tomatoes.

2

Use a spoon to remove the seeds and flesh inside the tomatoes to make a pocket for stuffing.

3

Finely chop 1/2 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, and some spring onion.

4

In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with 250 grams of ground pork, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt.

5

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and the mixture has a nice texture.

6

Take a small amount of the mixture and fry it in a pan or microwave for around 30 seconds to taste it before stuffing into the tomatoes.

7

Stuff the meat mixture into the hollowed tomatoes until it reaches the top like a small mountain.

8

Bake the stuffed tomatoes in the oven at 170°C for 45 minutes.

9

Prepare a sauce by blending the reserved tomato flesh with salt, sugar, garlic, fish sauce, and cornstarch, then strain it.

10

After baking, pour the sauce over the stuffed tomatoes and serve with rice or bread.
