1 bunch spring onion stalks (white part) crushed
2 cloves garlic finely crushed
500g beef flank/rump steak thinly sliced or beef stir fry strips
3 lemongrass stalks (white part only)
2 birds eye chilli finely chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
½ teaspoon anchovy salt
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 ½ tablespoon neutral cooking oil
3 birds eye chillies de-seeded
3 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of sugar
150ml cold water
1 lime juiced
5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
5 tablespoons of Son Fish Sauce
2 carrots grated or julienne
