1

Cut 6 cups of broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces by setting the crown side down and twisting while cutting the florets off.

2

Place the cut broccoli into a large salad bowl.

3

Cut 1/2 cup of cheese into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.

4

Finely dice 1/4 cup of red onion (about 1/2 of a small red onion) and add to the bowl.

5

Measure out 1/4 cup of whole sunflower seeds and add to the bowl.

6

Add 1/4 cup of raisins or Craisins to the bowl.

7

Measure out at least 1/2 cup of crumbled bacon and add to the bowl. You can use store-bought crumbled bacon, pan-fry fresh bacon, or bake your bacon.

8

Stir all the ingredients in the bowl until well combined.

9

In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or honey vanilla).

10

Add 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the sauce mixture and stir until smooth.

11

Pour the sauce mixture over the broccoli salad and stir until all ingredients are well coated with the sauce.

12

Serve immediately or let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours for better flavor. You can also prepare it up to 24 hours in advance.
