8 oz mushrooms
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 bay leaves
1 large egg
1 sheet puff pastry
4 tablespoons butter

Cut the beef into thumb-length sections.

Put flour in a bowl and massage the beef in the flour.

Turn on the hob and add a little bit of oil to the pan.
