8 oz mushrooms
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon (Royco)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

Wash the matoke and put it in the pot, cover with a banana leaf, and add 2 cups of water.
