olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
black pepper

200g potatoes
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 carrot
1/4 swede
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp thyme
3 garlic
water
1 tsp sage
1 tsp marjoram

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add 3 onions and keep stirring.

Add 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp turmeric.

Season with black pepper and salt.

Bake at 180°C until golden crispy, around 20 minutes.

Caramelize onions until brown.

Add 200g potatoes, 1 carrot, and 1/4 swede, diced.

Add 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1/2 tsp thyme.

Add 3 garlic cloves, minced.

Pour in water and add 1 tsp sage and 1 tsp marjoram.
