Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und miteinander verkneten.
Den Teig für 1 Stunde abgedeckt gehen lassen, bis er sich in der Größe verdoppelt hat.
Den Teig wieder zurück kneten und in eine eingefettete oder mit Backpapier ausgelegte Kastenform mit dem Schluss nach unten legen und abdecken.
Während der Backofen auf 200°C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizt, muss der Teig ruhen. Eine Schüssel Wasser in den Ofen stellen, um Dampf zu erzeugen.
Nach ca. 20 - 30 Minuten den Brotrohling in den Ofen geben.
Das Brot in der Form 30 Minuten backen, dann aus der Form holen und für weitere 10 Minuten backen, damit es von allen Seiten Farbe bekommt.
Nach insgesamt 40 Minuten das Brot aus dem Ofen holen und auf einem Rost zum Auskühlen stellen.
