Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Mix salted sunflower seeds and whole wheat flour in a large bowl.
Add bread flour, instant yeast, honey, and olive oil to the bowl.
Pour in warm water, then mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
Place the loaf in a greased bread pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
