Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly on top.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into equal pieces.
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
While baking, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a little water to create a glaze.
Remove rolls from the oven and let cool slightly before drizzling with the glaze.
