50g Protein Powder (Vanilla Flavour)
10g Baking Powder
125g Quark
40g Light Butter
130ml Almond Milk
Pinch of Salt
30g Light Butter
Cinnamon
30g Cream Cheese
Sip of water

For the Dough, take a big Bowl and add 250g Wheat flour, 50g Protein Powder (Vanilla Flavour), 10g Baking Powder, 125g Quark, 40g Light Butter, 130ml Almond Milk and a Pinch of Salt. Knead all the ingredients.

Sprinkle some of the wheat flour on a working table and roll out the dough.

Cut the dough to a square, then in the middle and then cut the dough into pieces as thick as you wish the Cinnamon rolls to be.

For the Filling melt 30g of Light Butter and brush on each piece. After that take as much Cinnamon as you like and also sprinkle it on top.

Roll in each piece of the dough, squeeze them a little bit and put in a baking pan.

Bake in a pre-heated oven (Top/Bottom heat) at 200°C for 20 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the Frosting.. Mix 30g Cream Cheese, some Cinnamon and a sip of water.

Add the Frosting on top of the Cinnamon Rolls.
