Add 31g of vanilla whey protein to the bowl and mix everything together until you have a smooth frosting.
Spread the frosting evenly on each tortilla, edge to edge.
In another bowl, mix 20g of zero-calorie brown sugar with 5g of cinnamon.
Spread the cinnamon brown sugar mixture over one of the frosted tortillas.
Place the other tortilla on top, frosting side down, and align them.
Roll the tortillas tightly to form a log and cut it into six individual cinnamon rolls.
Spray the tops of the rolls with zero-calorie butter spray and sprinkle more cinnamon brown sugar on top.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the cinnamon rolls inside.
Air fry at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes until crispy and gooey.
For the glaze, weigh out 20g of zero-calorie confectioner sugar and mix it with 9g of unsweetened vanilla almond milk until smooth.
Spread the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.
