Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Melt butter and let it cool slightly before adding to the mixture.
Add warm water and eggs to the bowl, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
In a separate bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, sour cream, dill, and black pepper to make the filling.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions.
Roll each portion into a rectangle, then spread the cheese filling evenly.
Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
Braid two logs together and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top with egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
