1 cup egg white
1 whole egg
1 small onion chopped
1 plum tomato chopped
2 slices organic turkey slices
1 slice organic cheddar cheese
Handful of spinach

spray cup cake pan with oil to prevent sticking

add spinach to each cup

Add veggies, meat and cheese to each cup

Season egg with seasonings of choice, I used garlic powder, salt, pepper, and curry

Pour egg in each cup to fill

bake 20-30 minutes in oven at 350 F/177 C

Let sit for 10-15 minutes before removing from pan

Enjoy; 1 egg muffin has 40-50 calories, so 3 would make a good low calorie, high protein, keto friendly breakfast
