Mix sugar, fresh pressed yeast, and dry yeast until dissolved.
Let the mixture stand for 10-15 minutes until foamy if yeast is not tested.
Add salt and vegetable oil to the mixture.
Sift wheat flour and add it to the mixture, kneading until very sticky.
Leave the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes to rise.
Divide the dough into small pieces and stretch each into a flat cake about 0.5 centimeters thick.
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix boiled sausage, chopped tomato, mayonnaise, and tomato paste in a bowl.
Spread a thin layer of the mixture over the flatbreads.
Sprinkle grated semi-hard cheese on top of each flatbread.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the dough is ready.
