Crispy Egg Roll Crepes (Chinese Breakfast Hack!)

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, broccoli slaw, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper to create the egg mixture.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.

Place an egg roll wrapper in the pan and pour some of the egg mixture on top, spreading it evenly.

Add the protein of your choice on top of the egg mixture.

Cook until the egg is set and the wrapper is crispy, then fold the wrapper over to enclose the filling.

Repeat with remaining wrappers and egg mixture.

For the dipping sauce, mix together crushed red pepper flakes, sriracha, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
