Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a pan over medium-high heat.

Add beef ribs, pork ribs, and chorizo to the pan; sear the meat.

Set the seared meat aside on a plate.

In a Dutch oven, add more oil if needed, then add 5 cloves of garlic, 1/2 chopped onion, and 1/2 medium red bell pepper; sauté until fragrant.

Add about 1 teaspoon of salt, ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 1 tablespoon of paprika; stir to combine.

Return the seared meat to the pot with the sautéed vegetables.

Add 1 medium cubed butternut squash, a few chopped carrots, and 1 drained can of sweet corn to the pot.

Pour in about 4 cups of water; mix well and bring to a boil.

After 10 minutes, remove the lid and add 1/2 can of mixed beans and 1 can of white beans; stir and cover again for another 10 minutes.
