Thaw frozen lobster tails in cold water to ensure even cooking.
Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the hard shell and splitting it open, being careful not to cut through the bottom part of the shell.
Remove the intestinal tract from the lobster meat and place the meat on top of the shell.
Place the lobster tails on a lined baking sheet.
Melt 1/4 cup of salted butter in a small saucepan.
Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic to the melted butter and mix.
Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture and whisk until smooth.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, ensuring to scoop the crushed garlic from the bottom of the bowl.
Broil the lobster tails for 1 minute per ounce of tail; for 5 ounce tails, broil for 5 minutes.
Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve with melted butter, lemon wedges, and garnish with fresh parsley.
