1 large onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon pepper, crushed
1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
1 teaspoon anise seed, whole
1 teaspoon sage, dried
1 teaspoon black peppercorn, whole
1 tablespoon vegetable seasoning
1 chicken stock cube
1 cup plum tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon salt
