Preheat the air fryer for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
Spray a little oil in the air fryer and add tater tots, cooking until crispy.
Open the hamburger meat and flatten it out on a surface.
Season the hamburger meat with bayou blend seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
Place a hot dog in the center of the flattened hamburger meat and wrap the meat around the hot dog, enclosing it completely.
Trim any excess meat and ensure the ends are sealed.
Heat the Blackstone griddle on medium heat and add olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the wrapped hot dog on the griddle and season with bayou blend seasoning.
Cook the hot dog while occasionally turning it until the meat is cooked through.
Warm the hot dog buns in the air fryer for a few minutes.
Prepare a special sauce by mixing ketchup, Crystal hot sauce, and a little Worcestershire sauce.
Once the hot dogs are cooked, remove them from the griddle and place them in the warmed buns.
Plate the Cajun cheeseburger dogs with tater tots on the side.
