1 teaspoon garam masala

1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add the sliced potatoes and stir well to coat them in oil.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt over the potatoes.

Mix well and cover the pan. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are tender.

Once the potatoes are cooked, add the chopped green chilies and garam masala.

Stir well and cook uncovered for another 5 minutes to allow the spices to blend.
