3 green plantains
1/2 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of cheese (optional)
1/2 cup of fried eggs (optional)
1/2 cup of fried salami (optional)

Peel the plantains and cut them into chunks.
