Boil 6 cups of water in a large pot.

Add 400g chicken breast and cook until tender.

Remove chicken, shred it, and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté 2 medium-sized onions, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 small carrot, and 1 small stalk of celery until softened.

Add 1 cup elbow macaroni and cook until al dente.

Return shredded chicken to the pot, add 1 can of evaporated milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
