2 large tomatoes
200 ml beef stock

Set the slow cooker to low.

Prepare the spices: 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons normal paprika, and set aside.

Chop 1 large onion finely, chop 2 bell peppers, chop 2 large tomatoes, and crush 3 cloves of garlic.

Sear the beef in batches with salt and pepper until browned, then set aside.

In the same pan, add oil if needed and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and bell peppers for about 10 minutes until the onion is browned.

Add 1 tablespoon of flour and the prepared spices to the vegetable mix and stir.

Mix in 3 tablespoons of tomato puree and the chopped tomatoes, then add 200 ml of beef stock and bring to a simmer.

Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to the slow cooker, ensuring the beef is covered. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

After cooking, stir in sour cream and a handful of fresh parsley before serving.
