1 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup light soy sauce
5 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/2 tablespoon red chili flakes (optional)
3 chili peppers
1/2 cup beef broth
black pepper
2 cups broccoli slaw
cauliflower rice
heart of palm
toasted sesame seeds

Add 1 cup of dark brown sugar to a mixing bowl.

Add 3/4 cup of light soy sauce to the mixing bowl.

Add 5 minced garlic cloves to the bowl.

Add about 1 tablespoon of grated ginger to the sauce.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of red chili flakes (optional) and 3 chili peppers to the sauce.

Mix the sauce until combined and thickish.

Add 1/2 cup of beef broth to the sauce and mix again.

Add black pepper to the sauce.

Brown the beef in a pan on low heat.
