1 cup finely chopped potatoes
1/2 cup onions
1 cup tomatoes (3 medium size)

Take a pan with 1/4 cup oil.

When oil gets heated, add 1 cup finely chopped potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup onions and fry for 1-2 minutes until onions get soft.

Add 1 cup tomatoes (3 medium size).

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Close the lid and cook for 6-7 minutes at low flame until potatoes get soft.

After 6-7 minutes, add 4-5 eggs and sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Add green coriander leaves and green chillies (whole or chopped).

Cover the lid and cook for 7-8 minutes at very low flame.

After 7-8 minutes, the eggs are cooked well.
