2 Eggs
1/2 medium Onion
1 medium Potato
1 medium Tomatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste

Heat 2 tbsp of Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add 1/2 medium Onion and sauté until translucent.

Add 1 medium Potato (diced) and cook until tender.

Stir in 1 medium Tomato (chopped) and cook for a few minutes.

In a bowl, beat 2 Eggs and season with 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and Salt to taste.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked vegetables in the pan.

Cook until the eggs are set, then serve hot.
