Soak beef liver in milk for 15-20 minutes, then wash and dry it.

Season liver with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt.

Cut vegetables into julienne style: almost a whole onion, almost a whole bell pepper, and 3 small tomatoes.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Fry the seasoned liver in the pan for about 3 minutes until juicy.

Turn the liver and place the vegetables on top to cook together.

Serve with rice or plantain smash.
