Classic Gourmet Cheeseburger with Turkey Bacon and Smoked Cheddar

Combine 80/20 and 90/10 ground beef in a bowl and mix well with hands.
Add melted butter and minced garlic to the beef mixture and combine again.
Form 8-ounce patties, making them slightly larger than the buns to account for shrinkage during cooking.
Season the patties with salt and pepper, and drizzle olive oil on top.
Preheat a flat top grill and cook the patties for 30 minutes on one side without flipping.
After 30 minutes, flip the patties and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
While the patties are cooking, lay turkey bacon on the side of the grill to cook until crispy.
Slice the smoked cheddar cheese into small slices using a cheese slicer.
Once the patties are cooked, place cheese slices on top to melt.
Toast the inside of the brioche buns on the grill with butter and garlic.
Assemble the burger by spreading a little pink sauce (mix of mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and citrus juice) on the bottom bun, adding spring lettuce, the patty, crispy turkey bacon, tomato slice, onion slice, and mayonnaise and ketchup on the top bun.
