Egyptian Crispy Meat Pie Roa'a

3 cups of beef or chicken broth
1/2 cup of milk
3 tbs of melted butter
1 lb. ground beef

Brown the beef. Add salt, pepper, and all spice to taste.

Heat the broth and milk slightly so they are room temperature. Mix in the melted butter.

Brush your terracotta serving bowl with butter.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, use a deep spoon to pour the mixture onto each layer of flakes. Do not soak the flakes. Put each layer in your terracotta serving bowl.

Repeat the same method on 7 layers.

Add the ground beef.

Add another 7 layers of flakes covered with the mixture.

Add one more spoonful of broth mixture on top of the completed pie.

Before putting the pie in the oven, cut it into 4 or 6 pieces.

Bake for 10/15 min.
