Instructions
- 1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
- 2In a large bowl, mix coconut flakes, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- 3Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
- 4Pour the gelatin mixture into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- 5Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap, smoothing the top.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set completely.
- 7Once set, remove from the pan and peel away the plastic wrap.
- 8Slice into pieces to reveal the stained glass effect.

Instructions
- 1In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- 2Add 1/2 cup of sugar and stir until dissolved.
- 3Sprinkle 1/2 cup of gelatin powder over the water and stir until fully dissolved.
- 4Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 5In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.
- 6Add the cooled gelatin mixture to the milk mixture and stir until combined.
- 7Pour a layer of the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set (about 30 minutes).
- 8Once the first layer is set, add a layer of fruit cocktail and shredded coconut if using.
- 9Pour another layer of the milk mixture over the fruit and refrigerate again until set.
- 10Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with the milk mixture on top.
- 11Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- 12To serve, unmold the pudding onto a plate and slice into pieces.

Instructions
- 1In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
- 2Add the flavored gelatin to the sugar water and stir until fully dissolved.
- 3In a separate bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water, then add 2 cups of cold water. Mix well.
- 4Combine the flavored gelatin mixture with the unflavored gelatin mixture. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or overnight.
- 5Once set, cut the gelatin into small cubes.
- 6In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of cold water, 1/4 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 7In a large bowl, gently fold the gelatin cubes into the milk mixture until well combined.
- 8Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- 9Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.
