5 LB THINLY SLICED POTATOES
2-1/2 TO 3 CANS EVAPORATED MILK
2 TBLS SWEET CONDENSED MILK
SALT
PEPPER
GARLIC POWDER
ONION POWDER
DRIED PARSLEY FLAKES
1 STICK BUTTER
1/2 CUP FLOUR
4OZ CREAM CHEESE
16OZ VELVETTA
SHARP CHEDDAR GRATED
MOZZARELLA SHREDDED
PEPPERJACK SHREDDED
COLBY JACK SHREDDED

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Layer the thinly sliced potatoes in a baking dish.

In a saucepan, combine the evaporated milk, sweet condensed milk, and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley flakes).

Add butter and flour to the saucepan and stir until combined.

Mix in cream cheese and Velveeta until melted and smooth.

Pour the cheese sauce over the layered potatoes.

Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Remove the foil, crank the oven up to 425°F, and bake for an additional 5 minutes to get golden brown.
