100 g all-purpose flour
1 egg
2 whole onions
100 g bacon
100 g butter
salt

Mix 100 g of all-purpose flour with 1 egg to make pasta dough.

Refrigerate the dough to let it cool and solidify.

Cut bacon into flakes for even cooking.

Drain some grease from the bacon but keep some in the pan.

Slice 2 whole onions into thin half-disc shapes.

Cook onions in the pan with the remaining bacon grease and 100 g of butter on low heat.

Add chopped cabbage to the pan and cook down gradually.

Flatten a piece of the refrigerated pasta dough with a rolling pin and slice into long noodles.

Boil the fresh pasta in well-salted water for 2-3 minutes.

Mix the cooked pasta with the cabbage and onion mixture, adding back some pasta water as needed.
